NETBALL: Fightback lost momentum
BOTTOM team Knutsford became the first side to lose to Warrington Town Three in the Warrington and District Summer League.
Knutsford, aided by a player-of-the-match display by Abi Cocksedge, got to within a goal but failed to sustain momentum.
The rest of the Knutsford sides lost, with the seconds falling 29-20 to Imagine8, the thirds 29-17 to Saints, the fourths 20-15 to Warrington Town Six and the fifths 24-11 to Beechwood.
