NEW recruit Amelia McDonald made an impression for Knutsford during their latest Warrington and District Summer League encounter on Wednesday.
They lost 40-27 against Northwich Sapphires in the Premier Division, but the youngster was picked as player of the match.
However Knutsford's seconds got the better of their neighbours in Division One, when Kim O'Hanlon starred in a 31-15 success.
Sue Shovlin was the best performer for Knutsford's thirds as they ran high-flying Greenbank seconds close in Division Two, losing by a narrow three-goal margin.
Knutsford's fourths lost 27-14 against Saints thirds in Division Three, while the fifths succumbed 13-7 in their meeting with Saints fourths at the level below.
