A complimentary drink was served on arrival, followed by a three-course roast turkey dinner, mince pies and coffee.
The faint sound of sleigh bells rang out as Father Christmas paid a surprise visit to distribute gifts to all the diners.
Christian Locke, Taverners captain for the coming season, led the Christmas carol singalong, assisted by backing singers The Crickets.
Singing duo Paul Ritchie and Carol Jarvis performed a variety of hits to keep people on the dance floor.
The community inspired event was enjoyed by everyone who attended.
One guest said: “The lunch was brilliant and we also enjoyed the Toft Taverners male voice choir joining in.”
Everyone was safely escorted home.
Toft Taverners wish to thank all the local businesses, clubs and social groups who generously make donations throughout the year to host the Christmas lunch.
