Building on fire in Lower Peover
A FIRE has broken out at a building in Lower Peover close to a diesel storage tank.
The blaze, which has been brought under control but is still ongoing, started inside a single storey workshop in Free Green Lane just after 1.30pm on Thursday, August 25.
Four fire engines, from Knutsford, Holmes Chapel, Northwich and Winsford as well as one ‘appliance’ from Nantwich are at the scene and a jet has been used to help put out the fire whilst another is being used to protect the nearby fuel.
